So this year, Samsung will be giving out hundreds of skateboards to beginners for Christmas. So, we want to create a nostalgic social film based around a video call on Galaxy S24 Ultras between Andy Macdonald and his brother talking about the importance of his first skateboard he got for Christmas in 1985 and how it launched his career in skate.

As the films director I led the narrative to show how Andy reflects on the impact of receiving his first skateboard for Christmas in 1985 in a heartfelt video call with his brother. The story is brought to life through a blend of nostalgic mixed media, photos, tournament clips, and Christmas moments, capturing the power of a single gift to shape a lifetime.
